Filmmakers who have made their directorial, screenwriting, or production debut in the past two years are eligible. to submit their debut feature films, documentaries, or short films. Submissions will be judged based on criteria such as storytelling, creativity, technical proficiency, and overall impact.
Nominations are open to folk singers who have made significant contributions to preserving and promoting folk music traditions. Nominees may submit audio or video recordings of their performances along with a brief biography and description of their work.
